He was predeceased by: his mother Norma Broughton (Mobley); and his brother Charles Wayne Broughton. He is survived by: his father Charles Broughton; his daughters, Destiny Broughton and Cortney Cole (Jack); his grandson DeVaunte Carter; and his sisters, Shirley Meyers (Daryl), Kim Baker (Ken) and Sharon Gray (Chuck).
