He was predeceased by: his father Scott Cantrell Jewell, Sr.; his siblings, Hilda Ann Jewell Lock, Donna Lee Jewell Bowman and Joseph Cantrell Jewell; his grandparents, George Albert, Mildred Brown Cochran, James Henry and Sallie Hicks Jewell; and his granddaughter Precious Bartholomew.
He is survived by: his mother Georgia Frances Cochran Jewell of Madison, Indiana; his girlfriend Tammie Green of Sunman, Indiana; his children, Paul Skirvin (Jessica) of Carrollton, Josh Jewell of Madison, Indiana, Jessica Jewell of Madison, Kristina Jewell (Aaron Fox) of Madison, Jennifer Lapine (Justin) of Madison, Nicole Jewell of Madison and Katelin Jewell of Madison, Indiana; his grandchildren, Hailey, David, Bladen, Jasper, Zaylee, Constance, Paige, Shawn, Landen, Preston, Zayden, Maylin, Kloe, Gavin, Averi, Bailey, Auston, Hudson, Miley, Tyson and Lilly; and his siblings, Richard Lee Robinson (Holly) of Commiskey, Tommy Lynn "T. R." and Patty Chase of Florence, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
