We are sad to announce that on December 15, 2021, at the age of 68, James Slayback Jr. of Sunman, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sr. Slayback and Hazel Slayback (Foutch); and his brother Rick Slayback. He is survived by: his sisters, Diana King of Batesville, Joyce Davidson of Sunman, Paulette Shoemaker (Jerry) of Brookville and Darlene Owens (Nathan) of Batesville.

Family has requested any memorial donations can be forwarded to assist the family with expenses.
