He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sr. Stephens and Elizabeth Stephens; his siblings, Robert Stephens, Jr. (Edith), Elmon Stephens (Kathleen), Paul Stephens (Orpha), Rannie Stephens (Gertie), Flora Stephens (Jennings) and Beulah Vanlandingham (Art); and his siblings-in-law, Ima Jean Stephens, Diane Stephens, Judy Stephens and Paul Waldroup.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Betty Stephens (Welch); his daughters, Tammy Mae Hoffman (Greg) and Fawn Delores Williamson (Terry); his grandson Danny Hoffman (Jennifer); his daughters, Tiffany Kincer (Justin), Kyle Hoffman (Kim) and Jordan Williamson; and his siblings, Myrtle Waldroup (Stephens), Carl Stephens, Herbert Stephens (Janet), Lloyd Stephens (Martha), Joe Stephens (Jackie) and Clyde Stephens. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family members.
