He was predeceased by: his parents, Patty Ballard (O'Connor) and Harry Dean Ballard. He is survived by: his wife Amanda Eckstein of Sunman, IN.; and his sisters, Sandra Moffitt of Lawrenceburg, IN and Hope Hussung of Warren, MI. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
