It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Connie Cook (Sunman, Indiana), who passed away on May 1, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bradley Moore and Opal Moore (Sandlin); her husband Hershel Wade Cook; her son Myron Wade Cook; her brothers-in-law, Woody Adams and Carl Stall (Buck); and her sister Aliene Stall.

She is survived by: her siblings, Denny Moore (Sharon) of Sunman, Glenda Adams of Sunman and Curtis Moore (Vivian) of West Harrison; her half-brother Phillip Meece (Louise) of Lewisville, OH.; and her nieces and nephews, Sandy Oxley (Tim), Amber Mays (Todd), Donnie Stall (Linda), Tim Moore (Laura) and Brad Moore.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to The Gideon's International or to Hope Baptist Church.
