He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Cook and Clara Cook; and his wife Emma Cook. He is survived by: his daughters, Timotea Irwin (Brent) of Sunman and Rosa Chappell of Sunman; his grandchildren, Luna Arthur, Uriana Arthur and Sarah Irwin; his great grandchild Khai Emma; and his siblings, Clayton Cook, Mark Cook, Jeff Cook, Rose Harris and Anna Lewis.
In accordance with the Indiana COVID-19 precautions, all attending are required to wear a mask and follow proper social distancing protocol.
