Kamphaus, Sr. (Kues); his wife Nancy; his children, Jim (Nancy Bennett), Karen, Tom (Marea Trabel), Jerry (Connie Lorenz), Susan Murray (Chris) and Amy Fox (Kevin); his siblings, Eugene Kamphaus and Joan Ash; and his granddaughter Jenna.
