She was predeceased by: her parents, Delza Amburgey and Dallas Amburgey (Slone); her son Chester Lee Jackson; her siblings, Radford, Billy Wayne, Darrell, Agnil, Denzil, Delza Jr., Arthur Amburgey and Christine Richardson; and her grandson Chester "Chet" Lee III.
She is survived by: her daughter Sherry Byrd (Wayne); her brother Elwood Amburgey (Charlotte); and her grandchildren, Brooks Dobbs, Tasha Bailey (Kirk), Jessica Jackson, Zachary Jackson, Chet Hall and Justin Lee. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made in Annette's memory to Cook Rosenberger Funeral Home to help defray funeral costs.
