She is survived by: her children, Bruce Phelps (Chris) of Elwood, Debby Turschman (Jerry) of Summitville, Teresa Byrd of Summitville, Ellen Meeks (Jerry) of Summitville and Penny Phelps of Summitville; her grandchildren, Brandon, Mitch, Jason, Jessica, Amanda, Justin and Mollie; her great grandchildren, Jayden, Roarke, Corinne, Jaxon, Gracie and Taylor; and her siblings, Bobby Tinsley of Kentucky, Buddy Tinsley (Lorene) of Kentucky, Burl Tinsley (Sandy) of Kentucky, Barbara Johnson (L. C.) of KentuckySeveral, Bonnie Tinsley of KentuckySeveral and Brenda Tinsley of KentuckySeveral.
