She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Acton and Francis Acton (Green); her husband Jack F Purkey; her children, Janis Kingen (Tom) of Greenfield, Bruce Purkey (Veronica), David Purkey (Jean) of Waskom, TX and Todd Purkey (Karen) of Summitville; her grandchildren, Brian Kingen (Erin), Robyn Wassman (Russell), India White (Brooks), Justin Purkey (Francisco Serpa), Marissa White (Jamie), Courtney Purkey and Madison Purkey; and her great grandchildren, Ryan, Tori, Taylor, Dereck, Kyle, Caleb and Cassidy.
