He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Ray and Mary Lou Blalock (Humphrey); his sisters, Deborah and Joyce; and his daughter Andrea Lynn.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Jane Hobbs; his children, David Ray, Amy Marie and David Blalock; his daughter-in-law Tamara Blalock (Biehl) of Summitville; his daughter Amy Moore (Blalock); his son-in-law Jeff Moore of Summitville; his grandchildren, Seth, Hannah, Jalyn, Ashlyn, Madelyn and Jebediah; his brother Curtis Jr. of Summitville; and his aunts and uncles, Hazel Crull of Kokomo, Henley, Florence Humphrey of Alexandria, Charles and Bernice Hobbs of Connersville. He is also survived by many other cousins, nieces, and nephews.
