With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Howard Lee Retherford of Summitville, Indiana, who passed away on July 23, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Retherford and Lola Retherford (Davidson); and his siblings, Dwaine, Rebecca and Margaret.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Retherford (Roark); his children, Reid Retherford (Susan), Ryan Retherford (Debra), John Retherford and Annette Norris (Retherford); his grandchildren, Clayton Sterling, Kaley Alexis, Breanne Joann, Darci Jo, Parker Jonathan, Madison Lily, Riley Dean and Hayden Patrick; his great grandchild Wrenley Mae; and his brother Allan Reherford (Shirley).
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be sent to the Harmony Christian Church, 9043 W 1800 N, Elwood, IN 46036 or in care of the funeral home.
