He is survived by: his children, Penny Krise-Spiceland, Portia Erickson-Indianapolis (James) and Eric Clevenger-Gaston; his grandchildren, Gretchen Spangler, Brad Vetor (Bobby), Allison Smith (Jason), Tyler Clevenger, Alix Clevenger (Katie) and Adam Clevenger; his great grandchildren, Jayda, Makylin, Aydin, Skyler Spangler, Jacskon Smith and Charlotte Smith; his aunt Mary Ann Haggard-Fairmount (Sam); his uncle Bobby Hammitt-Fairmount; his nieces and nephews, Linda Rankin-Gibson (Dale), Allen Rankin, Debbie M Howard (James), Angela Schmidt (Karl) and Michael Sizemore (Ray); and his close friend Vicky Hobbs-Anderson.
