He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Bair and Verna Bair (Hay). He is survived by: his wife Carol Bair (Layton); his children, Stephanie Bair-Summitville and Joshua Bair-Alexandria (Amy); and his grandson Jacob Bair-Alexandria.
Current Indiana mandates require that social distancing and appropriate facial masking be observed.
