It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David L. Miller of Summitville, Indiana, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on August 16, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Thomas and Ruth Best; and his stepfather Dick Carr. He is survived by: his wife Lori Miller (Ayotte); his mother Patricia Miller Carr; his brother Greg Miller; his uncles, Gary Best (Marlis) and Thomas Best; his brother-in-law Alan Ayotte; his great-aunt Jeanne Mulhern of Lexington, KY; and his cousins, Patti Mulhern of Lexington, KY and Bill Mulhern (Grace) of Richmond, KY.. He is also survived by 3 step-brothers and 1 step-sister.
Social distancing and appropriate facial masking will be observed at the church.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Summitville First Baptist Church or the Madison County Humane Society.
