It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence Richard Maynard of Summitville, Indiana, who passed away on January 8, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Maynard and Dorothy Maynard (Johnson); his wife Donna Maynard (Hoppes); and his brother Robert "Bob" Maynard. He is survived by: his children, Ronald Maynard-Summitville (Janet) and Jennifer Haisley-Fairmount (Jeff); his granddaughters, Nicole Rigney (Chuck) and Linda Altherr (Joe); his great grandchildren, Shane Rigney (Dawn), Devan Rigney (Michelle), Ron Rigney (McKenna), Braxton Altherr and Courtney Altherr (Tyler); his great great grandchildren, Trey Rigney, Tinley Rigney and Tayson Rigney; and his sister-in-law Monzell Maynard-Summitville.
The Maynard family would suggest that appropriate COVID precautions be observed by those in attendance including, facial masking, social distancing and hand sanitation.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Summitville United Methodist Church with envelopes available at the funeral home.
