She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Morlan and Minnie Morlan (Knieriem); her husband Jim Smith; and her siblings, Iris Ballard (Wilkes), Betty Bureau (Morlan), Basil, Lovell, Denzil, Lowell Wilkes and Jimmy Morlan.
She is survived by: her sister Patsy Eckert (Wilkes) of Birdseye; her sons, Wes Smith (Mary Jo) of Taswell and Les Smith (Toye) of Corydon; her grandsons, Rodney Smith (Marcia) of Floyds Knobs, Chris Smith (Elizabeth) of Georgetown, Mike Smith (Tasha) of Corydon and Jamie Smith (Lisa) of Taswell; her great grandchildren, Bailey (Gigi), Brent (Abigail), Toxey, Brooklyn, Ivy, Brady, Landon Smith, Ricky (Kristin), Katie West, Jaelyn and Jenna Houchins; her great great grandchildren, Achilles, Evelyn West and Stella Smith; and her great grandchild Jerry Lutz (Alice) of Sulphur.
