She is survived by: her husband Tom Bolenbaugh; her children, Connie Mize (Jim) of Carlisle and David Bolenbaugh of Carlisle; her daughter-in-law Tammy Bolenbaugh of Sullivan; her brother Randy Hobbs (Kathy) of Sullivan; her grandchildren, Jason Mize, Emily Phegley (Randy), Michelle Bolenbaugh, Melinda Keene, Brittany Shields (Jeff) and Brandon Bolenbaugh (Kaitlyn); and her great grandchildren, Max, Blake, Jason, Trace, Lane, Brantly Kayden, Haileigh, Magnolia, Iris, Mary, Braeden, Jesse and Noah.
