He is survived by: his parents, John Owen and Joyce Causey Owen; his daughter Kelsey Owen; his sister Charlene Kovach; his wife Jody Owen; his children, Dylan Owen of Sullivan and Shelby Pope (Brandon) of Sullivan; and his siblings, Lonnie Owen of Carlisle, Terry Owen (Rosetta) of Illinois, Tim Owen (Jen) of Kentucky, Cherri Brodin (Steve) of Florida and Marlena Harlow (Gary) of Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
