She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Powell and Mary Bush Powell; her husband Jack Hollifield; her son Mark Ivy; her stepson John Hollifield; and her brother Luther Allen Powell.
She is survived by: her children, Phillip Ivy (Brenda) of Hymera, Lyndale Ivy of Pendleton and Leticia Maxey (Chad) of Dugger; her grandchildren, David Ivy (Anna), Phillip Ivy Jr. (April), Jeremey Ivy, Kevin Ivy (Hailey), Chance Hollifield (Kaila) and Jackie Snavely (Michael Aschenberg); her stepdaughter Lorena Martin (Will Benson) of Sullivan; and her sister Nancy Shipley (Gary) of New Lebanon, Indiana.. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren, one great great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Brust Funeral Home (400 N Court St, Sullivan, IN 47882). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
