He is survived by: his wife Bobbi Samm Smith; his children, Danielle Levingston (Chris) of Sullivan, Stacy Cunningham of Terre Haute, Robert Smith (Kaylee) of Washington, Tyler Garrison (Ashley) of Camby, Brock Garrison (Alex) of Linton and Rene Craighead of Greencastle; and his grandchildren, Bailey Levingston (Bri), Keenan Levingston (Gracie), Sidney Levingston, Lilly Garrison, Mia Smith, Chloe Smith, Dakota Caldwell, Taylor Caldwell, Allen Caldwell (Britiany), Maddi Garrison, Harper Garrison, Ezra Garrison, Maverick Garrison and Violet Garrison. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
