With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Phillip Bailey of Sullivan, Indiana, born in Vincennes, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 24, 2024 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Phillip may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Phillip touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Goodwine Funeral Home - Palestine (501 W Lamotte St, Palestine, IL 62451). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In honor of Phil's love for animals, memorial contributions may be made to the "Crawford County Humane Society" or to the "Sullivan County Humane Society," with envelopes available at the funeral home.
