She was predeceased by: her parents, Buena Vista (Smallwood) and Sam McCammon; her husband Tom Booker, Sr.; and her siblings, Dorothy Mitchell, Clifford, Norman, Dean, Leon, Donald and Darwin McCammon.
She is survived by: her sons, Tom Booker (Nancy) of Sullivan and Joe Booker (Cathy) of Sullivan; her grandchildren, April Moriarity (Brant), Ryan Falconbury (Ashley), Cody Ayers and Katy Booker; and her great grandchildren, Patton Moriarity, Wyatt, Addison and Zeke Falconbury.
