She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Haskett and Marie Robertson Haskett; her former husband Jack Slater; and her daughter Lisa McPheeters. She is survived by: her children, Jay (Cindy Slater), Larry Slater of Farmersburg and Michelle (Kevin Kerns); her stepchildren, Lynn (Jeff Williams) and Pat Taylor of Farmersburg; and her sisters, Kay Ballard of Linton, Karen Bonham of Dugger and Sherry (Gary Napier). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.
