She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick E. Hazel and Hazel J. Penrod Hazel; her husband Richard Eugene Rayl; and her son James Robert Shake. She is survived by: her children, Jerry D. Shake of Indianapolis and Mary A. Shake; her siblings, Frederick E. Hazel of Indianapolis, Chester Hazel of North Dakota, Guy Hazel of Odon and Juanita Sue Hazel of Washington; and her grandchildren, Jerry, David, Kenneth, Emily, Jeremy and Taylor. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
