He is survived by: his father Ralph Gallagher; his wife Tina Crusie (West); his children, Thad Helton (Ashley Hughes) of Pittsboro, Travis Ellett (Kelli) of Fortville, Brittany Geissman (Marc) of Sullivan, Derek West (Madison) of Sullivan and Blake McDonald (Kayla) of Sullivan; his grandchildren, Jon Helton, Adrienne Helton, Piper Ellett, Lilli Ellett, Zach Ellett, Zoey Ellett, Graham West, Nora West, Oakley West, Adaline McDonald and Weston McDonald; and his siblings, Scott Crusie (Barbara Wiers) of Chicago Heights, IL, Tina Tatlock and Patrick Gallagher.
