He is survived by: his father Jerry Hollingsworth; his husband John Michael P Casilla; his sister Kara Hollingsworth; his brother-in-law George Kenmuir II; his brother Troy Hollingsworth; his stepbrother Mason Grubbs; his father-in-law Roberto Casilla; and his sister-in-law Michelle Garcia (Ronald Deisher Jr). He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was always willing to help others in any way he could, creating care packages of clothes and food to donate to those in need around the holidays.
