He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest L. Mott and Viola Moreland Mott; his brother Jack Mott; and his daughter-in-law Tracey Curtis Mott. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Shepard Mott; his children, Cathy Kearschner (Alfred) and James Mott; his grandchildren, Chris Mott (Mandy), Heather Kearschner, Alfred Kearschner, Jr. (Brittany) and Clarence Kearschner; his great grandchildren, Tyler Kearschner, Adrien Cottom, Ashton Cottom, Isabella Cottom, Mya Kearschner and Braun; his great great grandchildren, Jordan Kearschner, Natalie and Sienna Cottom; and his brother Richard Mott (Patricia). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
