She was predeceased by: her parents, William L. Hoesman and Monna Mae Mason Hoesman; her husband Hayden Wheaton Vaughn; her siblings, Mitchell Hoesman and Florence Poole; and her grandson Landon Vaughn.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Vaughn (Luann) of New Lebanon, Debra Phegley of Shelburn and Bonnie Byrum (David) of Boonville; her sister Kay Coulter of Sullivan; and her grandchildren, Shawn Byrum (Jill), Sierra Campbell (Shane), Logan Phegley and Kyndal Davis (Colby). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers Hope requested donations be made to the Sullivan County Humane Society or New Lebanon Methodist Church.
