With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Harry Junior Long of Sullivan, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry F Long and Ruth M. Long (Stoneburner); his former wife Neldythe Long (Shaw); his siblings, Ruth Johnson, Martha Fredricks, Wayne Long, Larry Long and Dan Watts; and his granddaughter Thelma Long.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Long (Smith); his children, Theresa Bailey (Larry), Michael Long, Kim Figg (Jeff), Gary Smith (Jeanne) and Brent Smith (Deb); his siblings, Maxine Sutton (Freddie), Betty Wilson and Leon Loong (Vicki); his brother-in-law Robert Steed (Rita); and his grandchildren, Lauren Dillion (Ty), Alisha Ross (Trey), Kayla Watts (Nicky) and Ryan Watts (Nicole). He is also survived by 10 step-grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, 18 step great-grandchildren, one great great step-grandson and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the DeBaun Funeral Homes & Crematory (85 E Springhill Dr, Terre Haute, IN 47802). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 7:30 PM at the Riley Masonic Lodge #390. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the DeBaun Funeral Homes & Crematory (85 E Springhill Dr, Terre Haute, IN 47802).
