He is survived by: his wife Sandra Taylor Shake; his children, Rick Shake (Harriet), Lisa Sluder (Neal) and Ron Shake (Paige); his grandchildren, Kimberly Shake, Kyle Shake, Tyler Bohannon, Taylor Lisman (J. D.), Jon Sluder (Jenna), Jackson Shake, Carter Tate and Parker Tate; and his sister Joyce Cox (Ed). He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
