She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Terhune and Flora Terhune (Borders); her husband John B. Simmons; her siblings, Earl "Pete" Terhune, Thomas Terhune and Vanessa Thompson; and her great grandchild Jacob Stotts.
She is survived by: her children, John T. Simmons (Deborah) of Upland, IN and Becky A. Schonberger (James) of Sullivan, IN; her siblings, John Terhune (Sandra), Martha Goodman of Dugger, IN and Kay Bedwell of Shelburn, IN; her grandchildren, Eric Barcus (Jennifer), Kortni Martindale, John A. Simmons (Crystal), Samantha Stotts, Charles Schonberger and Robert Schonberger; and her great grandchildren, Reece Martindale, Davis Martindale, Wyatt Barcus, Joshua Stotts Jr., Jerrick Stotts and Kingston Simmons.
