She was predeceased by: her parents, Walstine Pirtle and Macy Pirtle (Carrico); her husband Andrew Jack Templeton; her siblings, Max Pirtle, Lloyd Pirtle, Rex Pirtle, Dale Pirtle, Frances Pirtle, Robert Pirtle and Daisy Dozier; and her granddaughter Jessi Loudermilk.
She is survived by: her children, Jack Templeton (Gail) of Sullivan, Dan Templeton (Karen) of Sullivan and Debbie Loudermilk of Sullivan; her grandchildren, Alisa, Robert, Jayson, Andrew and Eric; and her great grandchildren, Siobhanin, Emery, Chase, Carter, Reed, Carson, Camden and Pippa.
In lieu of flowers the family request that memorial contributions be made to Cross Your Heart Kids Club Academy 713 Ohio Street Sullivan, Indiana 47882.
