She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Simmons Doughtery and Gilbert Green Doughtery; her parents-in-law, Red Elmore and Dot Elmore (Morris "Jack" Elmore); and her son John Simmons Elmore.
She is survived by: her son Brian Johnson Elmore (Beth); her grandchildren, Alison Lane (Joshua), Andrew Elmore, Ashlee Brackett (Jeremy), Haley Potozek (Tyler), Hannah Elmore, Kyler Litteral (Chris) and Kerigan McMillan (Noah); and her great grandchildren, Brayden Brackett, Josie Brackett, Audree Lane, Rex Brackett, Gideon Mundy, Liliana Elmore, Cameron Lane, Kade Blagg and Archer Potoczek.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Holmes Memorial Chapel (642 W Silver St, Sullivan, IN 47882). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations be made to the Sullivan Art Guild at 16 S. Court, Sullivan IN 47882.
