He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Fulford and Mildred Payne Fulford; and his brother Charles Arthur Fulford. He is survived by: his children, Scott Fulford (Kristine) of Columbia, IL, Craig Fulford (Marissa) of Bear Creek, N. C. and Ann Haydon of San Antonio, TX; and his grandchildren, Sidney, Sara, Cori, Conner, Benjamin and Jenna Fulford.
