He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Clark and Marguerite Hayhurst Clark; his wife Sharon "Rose" Clark; his brother Hubert Clark; and his pet Sophie.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cathy Smith (Timothy) and Karen Freed; his grandchildren, Kyle Freed, Dustin Smith, Nicole Downing and Brad Freed; and his close friend Barbara Mahan.
