She was predeceased by: her parent Alva Bovenschen; her former husband Ronald Page; her husband Robert Casey; her sister Sally Wolfe; her grandson Chad Arthur; and her son-in-law Mitch Arthur.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara VanMeter (Mark) of Sullivan, IN, Terry Page (Melany) of Dugger, IN., Carla Arthur of Bicknell, IN and Don Page (Jennifer) of Wheatland, IN.; her brother Robert Bovenschen (Norma) of Farmersburg, IN.; her grandchildren, Ron Brock (Lynsey), Linsey Hannum (Desson), Nathan Page (Sarah), Daniel Page, Eric Arthur (Jessica), Jalayna Cary (Drew), Jarek Page (Janelle), Jaden Page (Paige) and Jarissa Page; and her great grandchildren, Mylee, Kynsey, Avery, Eli, Autumn, Mason, Jase and Jansen.
Betty provided meals for children at school for several years so, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Brown Baggers of Sullivan County.
