She was predeceased by : her parents, Denver Crist and Mannon Crist (Taylor); her husband Jerry Hudson; her brothers-in-law, Charles'Chic'Hudson and Rex Miller; and her niece Shannan Hudson.

She is survived by : her sons, Paul Hudson (Jennie), Jeff Hudson (Karen), Denver Hudson (Laura) of Terre Haute and David Hudson (Shelly) of Fishers; and her sisters, Grace Miller of Coalmont and Joy Brown (John) of Hymera. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, June 15th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Holmes Memorial Chapel (642 W Silver St, Sullivan, IN 47882). A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
