He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Myers and Dorothy Myers (Ritchie); and his sister Barbara Addison. He is survived by: his partner Kim Bow of Straughn; his brother Ron Myers of Cincinnati, OH; and his children, Jessica Myers (David) of Mesa, AZ and Justin Myers (Lynne) of Frankfort, IN. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
