He is survived by: his brothers, Lee Cylinders, Roses and Mac Tools; his children, Teresa Phillips (Ralph Jr.) of Cambridge City, John Gaddis (Brenda) of Milton, Robert "Bobby" Gaddis (Melissa) of Knightstown and Michael Gaddis of Dublin; his grandchildren, John Michael, Jakob, Scott, John Allen, Jason, Crystal, Maghan and Mckenna Gaddis; his stepgrandchildren, Jesse Scholze, Andrew and Anthony Hayes; his siblings, Herb, Martha and Shirley (Shirley Saunders); and his daughter Ashley. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
