He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hoffman and Martha Kennedy. He is survived by: his wife Debra Hoffman; his children, Mira Snider (Jonathan) and Brian Hoffman; his sisters, Billie Humbles (Phil) and Vicki Hoffman; and his stepsister Katie Milster.
