He is survived by: his wife Eunice A. Butke of Stendal; and his children, Kent Butke (Marcia) of Huntingburg, IN, Amy Gonnerman (Gary) of Holland, IN and Beth Kendall (John) of Holland, IN. He is also survived by grandchildren and (11) great-grandchildren.
