He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee "Curly" Weaver and Mary Katherine Weaver (Phillips); and his sister Barbara Jean Brown. He is survived by: his wife Dianna Weaver (Raider); his sons, Alan Weaver of Missouri and Ryan Weaver of Missouri; his granddaughters, Amanda Weaver, Lilly Weaver and Daisy Weaver; and his nieces, Janet Nicoson (Keith) and Toni Timberman (Danny).
