She is survived by: her son John Moore (Tammy Cornwell); her stepdaughter Dee Ann Hoffman; her nieces and nephews, Dan, Debbie, Sherry, Janice, Pam, Jeff and Dennis; her cousin Jack Unger (Jeff); and her friends, Donna, Jim Tennant, Dee, Jamie Tilley and Scotty.
