It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sandra E. Funk of Star City, Indiana, who passed away on March 4, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Prentice and Bessie Prentice (Graham); her husband Clive "Tate" Funk; and her siblings, Marlen Prentice, Dawn Jarvis and Audrey Prentice.
She is survived by: her children, Margaret Roberts (Lucas) of Arizona, Marvin Funk (Patricia) of Macy, Mary Campbell (Herb) of Star City and Marcia Funk of Wabash; and her brother Barry Prentice (Connie) of Logansport. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Harrison Chapel (304 S Chicago St, Royal Center, IN 46978). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Bright Focus Macular Degeneration and/or the American Cancer Society.
