It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Crist of Star City, Indiana, born in Winamac, Indiana, who passed away on August 21, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Crist and Ardella Jean Crist (Good); and his brother Rex Crist. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Crist of Star City; his children, John F. Crist (Richel) of Star City, Jacob Crist (Katrina) of Carmel and Laura Jean Bates (Andrew); his sisters, Jackie Wheeler (John) of Star City and Janeal Scott (Albert) of Lafayette; his siblings-in-law, Carol Crist of Logansport, Cathy McKinley of Florida, Susanna McKinley of South Bend, Cathy Needham of Missouri, Dan McKinley (Anna) of Winamac and Charles Needham (Deb) of Logansport; his grandchildren, Kaela Gehrman, Keagen Crist, Arabellah Crist, Ariannah Crist, Raiden Riddle, Landen Crist, Sophia Bates and Hannah Bates; and his nieces and nephews, Cara Dauenhauer, Ranee Price, Taneal Myers, Chad Roudebush, Allison McKinley, Andrea Williams, Danny McKinley II, Alicia Hanawalt, Nathan Needham, Celie McKinley, Chad Bebee, Annie Bebee, John W. Wheeler, Jr., Gabe Wheeler, Tammy Lovely, Stephanie Wheeler, Matt Wheeler, Lisa Allen (Sean), Melissa Shatto (Brandon), Amber Pool (Trevor) and Matt Needham (Asheley).
