He is survived by: his father Jeffrey Lin Green (Molly Eisele) of Star City; his sister Heather Wallace of Huntington; his half-siblings, Patricia Green of Logansport and Jacob Green of Kewanna; his grandmothers, Shirley Koon of Peru and Sandra Green of Lafayette; and his stepparents, Eric Gudas of Kewanna, Ron and Carol Gady of Star City. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
