He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Allen and Lena Allen; his in-laws, Harold and Dorothy Jane Chambers; and his brother Richard Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Allen (Chambers); his children, Jim Allen (Chandra), Janette Moore (Chris Moore) of Wabash, IN and Anita Caskey (Nate Caskey) of Minneapolis, MN.; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Wickware (Moore), Isaiah Wickware, Jordan Allen, Amelia Allen, Madeline Moore, Gage Allen, Ellis Allen, Preston Moore, Piper Caskey, Malin Caskey and Fletcher Caskey; his son Antonio Ruis Risueno (Patricia); his grandchildren, Luna and Antonio of Madrid, Spain.; his brothers, Tim Allen (Cris) and Tom Allen (Becky); and his sister-in-law Shelia Allen (Rick). He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
