It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl Scheffer of Star City, Indiana, born in Winamac, Indiana, who passed away on September 25, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her siblings, Charles "Chuck" Scheffer of Star City, Mary Thomas (Steve) of Brookston and Jean Bangel (Louis) of Winamac; and her sister-in-law Dessa Scheffer of North Carolina. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
