She is survived by: her siblings, Charles "Chuck" Scheffer of Star City, Mary Thomas (Steve) of Brookston and Jean Bangel (Louis) of Winamac; and her sister-in-law Dessa Scheffer of North Carolina. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
